Joining our mailing list
Parents and professionals can sign up to join our Mail Chimp mailing lists. Pinpoint sends out useful SEND-related content to families, updates about our organisation, events and groups, SEND news, participation opportunities, surveys and consultations. We request your personal details to ensure we send you relevant content. Emails go out only to those who have expressly consented. You can cancel at any time, and you can also update and view the details held on the list. Links for both are provided at the bottom of all Mailchimp mailings we send.
Live Chat Support (Tidio)
We integrate Tidio chat for live support. Chat data—your name, email, messages, and browser info—is processed under GDPR via consent (Article 6(1)(a)). Tidio is our processor and uses standard contractual clauses for data transfers outside the EU. You can withdraw consent anytime by closing the chat or adjusting your cookie settings.
